Rob was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The report was detailed and delivered quickly. I felt confident in the information provided and would definitely recommend his services.
We were looking for a house in Broome county in which Rob was ready to do the inspection, but unfortunately the seller backed out at the last minute. We ended up buying in Buffalo and he made the drive all the way up here to still do our inspection. He was cheaper than the couple of other places suggested to us and very professional. Would definitely recommend Casa.
