My wife had an appointment a week ago and she was lost for words after it, one of the assistants talked about an abusive relationship they had been in the past. WAY too much information. Doctor was great but the assistant was absolutely unprofessional and disgraceful to be a representative of that company. Dr. Mehaan would have never aloud his patients to be subjected to that.

Rude Office staff. Especially Cindy. Ignores you for 5 minutes then grabs paper from you and then doesn't speak and no eye contact through the whole interaction. Of course, has plenty of time to talk to the other office staff. The Doctors and Tech Assistants are very good though.

I wanted to find a certain color frames. Can't find anywhere.I was treated so nice by everyone and was shown sever colors and Julie's opinion means a lot to me. Still deciding I'm so appreciative. Julie is very patient.Love this Dr and his staff.Merry Christmas.
