Today, 2/12/2025 I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Laurence Rubin, MD, my eye care doctor for more years than I can remember. Dr. Rubin is very caring, thorough without being over-the-top, so easy to talk to & has a great memory of my other medical concerns. He never hesitates to answer my questions or to explain things to me. I feel assured I am in the best of care. I always highly recommend Dr. Rubin to friends, family & my Wantagh momma's group members.

Made an appointment with SightMD for Thyroid Eye Disease which thankfully is a very mild case. Dr. Rafailov is a perfect combination of professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, the course of action in a no nonsense but warm way. The staff is typically friendly and so far I have not been kept waiting very long.

I spoke with a Josh in the Hauppauge calling center. He was, omg, so helpful, so cordial, so pleasant, so patient and understanding. I hope this reaches him because there was no one to talk to about him Also, I see Dr. down at the Bethpage, Long Island office and he is amazing. He was thorough before he was with Sight MD, and now that he is part of this company, he is still the same through doctor. If he goes I go so keep,him on no matter what!!!!! He is so outgoing and pleasant as well!!!!!
