“I recently had a bad haircut (not from this place) that I was pretty upset about. I'd asked for a trim of 1 inch and this other person cut off about 5 inches of hair, so needless to say I was quite unhappy with how that went. Thankfully, a friend recommended me to Best Image hair salon here and I'm so glad I went to them to have it fixed. He took the time to listen to me, looked at a few pictures of how my hair used to be and explained what he was doing while showing me as he was fixing things up to make sure we were on the same page.
