10/10 experience at Cancos Hicksville

The sales manager, Salika, was a pleasure to work with. She shepherded me along while renovating my bathroom, helping me select beautiful tile that matched the vibe I was trying to emulate. Thanks to her helpfulness, patience and expertise, I have a beautiful bathroom and shower that I look forward to being in.

Just visited the Hicksville location and was helped by showroom employee Selica, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and offered great advice...can't thank her enough! :-)

I stopped in to Cancos in Hicksville one day to look at tile for our new kitchen project that we were working on. I did not have any idea what to do with a small piece of quartz that I liked in my hand to show someone for help to match a tile too. There we met a lovely very professional saleswomen named Salika Stinson. She was not only patient with me she was extremely helpful and listened to exactly what my vision was and what I thought I needed to make my kitchen project come together beautifully. We were very tired and confused as to what to do because we had just moved into this home. Salika realized how much this kitchen meant to me and that I needed to feel better about what I was doing in this kitchen and how to match the decor so it goes with the rest of my new home. Not only was she pleasant and patient she knew exactly what tile to show us to go with that small piece of quartz and how to match things to it so that my kitchen would come out as beautiful as I imagined it could be. Everything she suggested was perfect and so beautiful and went together amazingly. I even called her after that day for help and she was just as helpful and kind. Thanks to Salika and her amazing talent for design, knowledge and color my kitchen has turned out so beautiful and matches the rest of my home beautifully. I would recommend Salika to anyone who really does not know where to start with their home project she really is amazing at design and Cancos needs to know she is an asset to their company. They are very lucky to have her in their Hicksville store. I did call to tell them this already. I also want to mention the very polite and helpful young lady named Eugenia who helped us at the register. So friendly and again an asset to Cancos. Our whole experience at the Hicksville store has been wonderful. We are past customers of Cancos in Commack as well. The salespeople and the quality of their tile are the best. They will go above and beyond for you. Thank you Salika and Eugenia for all your help and kindness. Thank you Cancos again for helping us with another beautifully done kitchen.
