Just last month, during the hottest week of the summer, our central air stopped working. It was completely shot, so we had no choice but to replace the units. We had at least 4 companies come out for estimates. The highest was $28,000, a ridiculous amount, and the others weren't much better. The worst part was that most of them said they couldn't fix it for weeks and that units might be hard to get. John showed up on time, very professional and skilled. He demonstrated a high level of experience in hvac diagnostics and repair. Found the problem the same day, gave me options for repair. A definite contrast to three previous consults. My unit was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. John provided all paperwork, ordered my new system and installed. He also came with a partner that put down brand new drop clothes on my carpet and cleaned everything during and after installation. I highly recommend True Comfort.Services: Install thermostat
