Kathy understands the issues of caregiving from both sides, and has a rare blend of expertise and compassion. I was looking for an aide for my husband; Kathy asked me a few questions then found a very good fit for our needs (and she did it in one day, which was incredible because I was in a very tough spot). She followed up with check-ins, and was available to help with other areas of elder care. I was in the middle of the most stressful and exhausting time of my life, and I don't know what I would have done without Kathy.
Kathy was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive. This was critical in dealing with an eldercare situation where emotions, finances, and legal issues get intertwined. It's at those junctures where one needs to make the best decision. Kathy helped enormously.
Kathy has been a life saver. She is resourceful and truly appreciates the challenges a caregiver has caring for elderly people. She was able to line up the right person to help my father so I can take a breath.
