“I was visiting my son and wanted to get a Brazilian hair treatment. So I thought this place sounded cute - just liked the name Belle Shear. We’ll not only was it cute it was amazing, quaint and friendly. Debbie did my hair and I instantly loved her. I felt like I’ve know her for a long time.
