Spoke to Theresa today, she remembered me from the last time my microwave was not working. She gave me great advise on how to handle the manufacturer. Harp will be the only home appliance I call in the future.

Our brand new Electrolux dryer stopped working properly after 3-4 weeks. Electrolux sent 3 different service technicians and they replaced all sorts of parts but it still wasn't drying. After 2 months I kinda gave up and decided to just get another dryer. Electrolux sent another technician, this time from Harp Home Services. I had zero expectations. The technician looked at the dryer for less than 2 minutes and figured out what the issues was. I was skeptical at first, but he was right, it's been around 2 weeks and the dryer works just fine. If I ever have issues with a home appliance, I know who to call.

I am once again a happy customer of Harp Home Services. I previously had an issue with my dishwasher & Theresa walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue since it was a weekend, I was having a party that night & her idea fixed the issue.!!!! Well a month later, had the same problem, tried her ideas but still wouldn't work. So I called Harp, spoke with Theresa & within a few hours my dishwasher was once again working like a charm. My dishwasher is hardwired so it isn't plugged into an outlet. (one of the electrical wires became loose & wasn't making a tight connection). I'm now ready for my Memorial Day Barbecue!!!!
