I brought my Morkie, Sasha, to Dirty Dawg for many years before she became too frail and eventually passed away at 17 years old. The staff were always incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. I never felt like I was just another customer.
What impressed me most was their honesty and concern for Sasha’s well-being. As she got older and it became difficult for her to stand, they told me grooming was becoming too stressful for her and suggested I bathe her at home instead. That showed me they truly cared about her comfort more than making a sale.
