I explained to Ralph, who happens to be the owner (46 years!)that I was hoping to be in and out because I was on my lunch break, he immediately had my car brought in. While I was there, another customer came in to get her car and I heard her say, "boy you guys are so efficient here!"I knew I made the right choice. Honest service with a smile.
