I don't even want to give one star for these terrible people...I brought my brand new dress to get professionally pressed before even wearing it. I had to wear it for my friends wedding that I was in the bridal party for so I clearly didn't want to ruin it by ironing it myself. To avoid that I brought it to the cleaners. Once I picked up the dress I noticed some few pulls on my dress, but I didn't say anything because it was only in one place at the time. Now after the wedding I brought it back to the same cleaners, but this time for a cleaning also since I wore it for the wedding. When I picked it up I noticed pulls all over the dress and now it looks disgusting and is unwearable. Even one of the workers said it still looks dirty when I picked it up... at the time that was the least of my concerned since my dress was damaged ALL over with PULLS!! The owner is extremely rude, reactive, UNPROFESSIONAL, and only cares for your money. He doesn't care if he ruins your clothes. He won't do anything for you if it gets ruined in the dry cleaning process. He will put the blame on you and not take responsibility. He shouldn't own a business if he doesn't know a thing about customer satisfaction. He told me pressing clothes does not cause pulls to the material when it clearly does (review the pictures below). He will continue to lie just so his ass is covered. He doesn't know how to handle problems that relate to his business. He didn't even offer to give me my money back that I paid for that dry cleaning that ruined my dress. How does an owner of a business not know how to handle adversity in his own business????I am a 26 year old woman and I was honestly scared the way he came out of no where and screamed in my face. I was in shock how the owner handled this. I went home and cried about it because it was frightening the way he reacted towards me. The owner has a bad attitude and all the workers just seem miserable every interaction I ever had with them. It's sad the way an older man can speak to a young female in such a horrible way when I was just upset that my expensive dress that I wore ONCE was ruined. I had all the right in the world to be upset. He is a disrespectful, pathetic, little boy that wasn't taught how to speak to others especially the way he speaks to his customers and WOMEN.. He also lost the pants to my brothers suit a few years ago and my mother let it go and didn't make him pay for that... He seems very careless since this isn't the first time he's done something like this. OVERALL, they aren't careful with other peoples clothes because again he only cares about getting his money. They do the minimum job to get by. The owner is very irrational with a BAD ATTITUDE; he will scream in your face if you're upset with their work; and he will put the blame on you and not take responsibility since there's no actual proof so he can. He was acting like a child when I was the one that should be upset that he ruined my dress that I only got to wear ONE TIME. The way he acted was so unprofessional and irrational. He should be the matured one in the situation since he's the one running a whole ass business and his clothes aren't ruined only mine are!! He handled the whole situation unprofessionally and I was extremely shocked. I really thought he would do something for me since I've been a loyal customer for years.You would think because you are spending a lot of money to go to the cleaners that they would be honest with you that this material would get ruined or take good care of your clothes and be extra careful, but that's not the case. Their price doesn't match the quality of care they put into your clothes.I will proudly never be a customer there anymore. I rather spend even more money and get amazing care for my clothes. It actually ends up costing more money going to them since they damage your clothes and now I have to spend the money on the cleaning and the money of a new dress or suit since they damaged a
