Highly recommend. Made a same day appointment. No wait time. Answered all of my questions. Doctor and assistant were absolutely lovely. Also helped me with an issue another dermatologist would not help me with. She will be my go to doctor moving forward.
Although I was taken in promptly and triaged, I waited 25 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's my only complaint.
Once I was seen, I felt heard about my issue and the causes. I felt confident with the doctors explanation of it and and had all my questions answered.
I was given Rx medications and asked to make a 2 week follow up. This i really appreciated, this made me feel like the doctor wanted to see progress and reevaluate if it wasn't working. Not just pat me on the head and sent me out.
I've seen the dermatologists at several of their locations for various issues and always had a great experience
My first experience with Advanced Dermatology was excellent. I have an autoimmune condition and with the heat sometimes develop rashes. I was lucky to get an appointment on the same day I called with nurse practitioner Brenda Mintz. She was fabulous! Very attentive and concerned and handled the situation thoroughly. She even told me how to get an appointment sooner with the rheumatologist, since his office is telling me there are no openings. Extremely helpful and caring. Office staff very polite and helpful. I already recommended them to my daughter and husband. Of course I will be back!
