In addition to a thorough service, Kirk took the time to walk us through the K5 system installed in our new home today. He was proactive, patient with questions, and explained clearly, giving me confidence in how the product works and the knowledge to maintain it throughout the year. Kirk even helped troubleshoot a couple of other faucet issues as well. We would recommend Westfair and thoroughly recommend Kirk as a technician.

The Westfair guys were very good. Brandon and Ben were on time for installing a new water softening tank. They were cordial, focused on the job, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. They explained things very well. I continue to feel confident that Westfair will maintain my water systems at a high level.
