Great experience.Easy booking, good communications via email, text. Driver safe, professional and quiet. Carried all or bags in out and to the door, had water in the car for all. Thanks guys.....
As an event planner we have worked with pretty much every limo/transportation company in all of NY CT MA and NJ. MTC was wonderful last week when we used their services: 2 coach buses, 1 smaller bus, a van and two sedans. We are always on top of transportation checking in with passengers and hotels to make sure they have arrived on time and are departing on time, always getting calls with drivers unsure of what to do, etc., etc. We have never had such an easy weekend of transportation for a wedding. They even gave us an onsite manager without us asking and we usually only as for one when we have many more buses. They were truly a dream to work with. We are wedding planners...read full review
MTC is our corporate preferred limousine service and I've used them 4 times now in the NY area. I used them to and from the airport and I agree, they are not the cheapest but some times you little bit more for first class service is valid. Each time they have been on-time, professional, superior service, courteous and nice vehicles. I've had large luxury sedans and SUVs. The drivers are friendly and if you prefer to relax, work, sleep or talk, they have accommodated. On my last trip in June 2019, I had to make a last minute change to my return trip to the airport and the change was seamless and easy with a simple call. They provide constant communication through email and text confirmation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when needed.
