The town had my car towed without cause, and the company was very understanding. After dealing with the insane hassle of getting my paperwork in order and whatnot I finally got to pick my car up. The police had informed them of the mix-up, and told me I'd have to pay for the service anyway and (hopefully) get reimbursed. Instead, they said they wouldn't charge me to not only save me the trouble but probably the money (I wasn't hopeful about the reimbursement). Can't say enough how much I appreciated this, it really made the whole process feel much less daunting and now I have my car back. Thanks guys!
Brian was great in helping us navigate a bad situation when our car was hit by another driver. Very knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful situation! (Plus they have a gorgeous, sweet German Shepherd who is friendly and served as my therapy dog as I dealt with the stress of our accident)
