This a great salon with well-trained stylists! It’s clean and modern and they use eco-friendly hair products that yield great results and are better for your hair. I have been coming here for years for color/highlights and haircuts and have seen multiple stylists at the Bedford Hills and Scarsdale locations and they are all top notch! The customer service is great and they really care about making their clients happy. Highly recommend!

Ella was absolutely incredible — so kind, professional, and truly a genius with hair. I came in with about five different colors going on, and somehow she made it all look cohesive, natural, and like it was meant to be on one head ;) The cut was fantastic too — she did exactly what I asked for.

I accidentally booked the wrong service, and instead of making it an issue, Ella graciously moved things around in her schedule to accommodate what I actually needed, which ended up being two hours longer. That level of flexibility and care really means a lot.

I have been going to Hernan Prada for years now and have been to the different locations including Darien which has now closed. Andrea who was my stylist since I started has since left so I was a little nervous to try someone new however the last two times I have had Luis and he has been amazing. He really listens to what you want, takes his time and pays close attention to detail. I always get the eco pash which looks super natural and is really gentle on the hair compared to normal dyes.
