Viking D3 gas range had issues with the oven burner not fully igniting allowing us to smell a little gas. Deloy came and assessed the issue to agree the burner needed replacing and discovered the oven door hinges also needed replacing which is contributing to gas smell escaping. He called the office who called their viking vendor, confirmed parts are in stock and ordered them. A week later Deloy returned and everything is working great. Oven door is nice and tight to open like when we first bought it. Have a Subzero 632 fridge / freezer and it lost its freezer cooling ability. Had another technician come by and say there was nothing he could do as it seemed to need refrigeration service and that there are very few that can work on sealed systems like this. Luckily he recommended Delroy. Delroy came and with his headlamp in tow and dove into the issue. Turned out there were multiple leaks, an evaporator coil issue, and other items that were contributing. Not only did he diagnose the entire system, but he was patient and continued to trouble shoot when many would have bailed. He was here late into the night without complaint and got the job done. I have a fridge that was overfreezing, and after a few attempts, Appliance Genie fixed it! Shout out to George in Services who was fantastic at customer service and made our experience better. He was excellent.
