When I moved to bayshore 3 years ago, I was looking for a dominican salon that could handle my untamed hair. I called and did not get an answer so I hung up. A few moments later I received a call from the owner Celia. Over the phone she was very understanding and attentive to my needs. I requested an early appointment for 730am. I tried out this nail salon spur of the moment, I liked the pictures I saw on google. My feedback would be decent work, decent prices. Lack gentleness when filing/shaping. The other girl who is not the owner doing nails should definitely not be doing any one's nails as it's obvious she's still learning. She needs to perfect her craft some more before to moving on to actual clients. As for the owner who did my nails, she does very decent work but is ROUGH! she files aggressively and is not gentle with the nail file. Could also work on sanding nails down to more of the shapes and style that is popular now, meaning; A more sleek slender kind of look. Not bulky on the apex but more flat for a cleaner look. I'm satisfied but not happily fulfilled & I probably wouldn't visit again as this is not my regular nail salon. I appreciate the work done though.
