Not happy with my hair cut it turn out ugly hair cut with bunch of ugly layers that makes my hair look weird. Not happy with the experience either , I know I was late, 15 mins later another customer came right after me and told my hairstylist to hurry up because she had many appointments and that she should of took my time appointment instead because she had so many things to do.I don’t know why would a get a phone call from them saying that I haven’t been there in a while when they have so many customers calling them to schedule an appointment and coming in to their hair salon.I will never come back to this place! Completely ruined my hair.

My 4c hair was not properly done, specifically asked for a specialist in this type of hair. I wanted medium brown highlights but got auburn and my gray hair was not dyed. The young lady was so nice, just inexperienced. It took five hours for highlights and a cut!
