I have been coming to this location every 1.5-2 months for facials for almost a year and I have always had a pleasant experience! The entire front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. I've exclusively seen Mikayla, she is so talented and kind. She makes sure the atmosphere is nice and calming, I am really able to just turn off my brain and relax during my service. My skin has never looked better!

This was my second time here. First time the girl was amazing. She asked me questions about how I like massage and what to work on. She was so good. Second time I had a different person. He never asked how I like it or what to work on. I felt like he just rubbed cream all over my body for 50 minutes and it was over. I still tipped good. You don't get an hour massage. They don't count undressing and dressing as free time. It's part of the massage. I feel for $120 nd a $25 tip I should get 1 hour of massage. Maybe it's just me

I’ve never gotten a massage before until recently. At hand and stone I felt comfortable and so relaxed. Debbie did my massage and she did a great job! I would definitely recommend!
