Ive always had excellent service from Franks Fuel inc. however, I can not justify paying their high oil prices anymore. On average, their oil prices are around $1.35 more per gallon than other companies. When I questioned the price, I was told that the cheaper prices were only from COD companies but thats not true. Ive checked with many other companies who offer service contracts and auto deliveries and the cost of oil is currently $1.50 per gallon less than Franks prices.

I have been a loyal customer of Frank Brothers for over 14 years, and have always received quality and reliable service from them. However, I have in the past two years, moved out of state, which has forced me to end business relationship with the company.I wish to thank Frank Brothers Fuel Company, for their honest and reliable service to me for more than decade.

Diana is very nice to deal with. She worked with me on my parents' contract. When I didn't understand certain things she was saying, she patiently repeated herself until I understood. I'm happy with the contract that we agreed on. Thanks for your help, Diana!!!
