Customers needed a boiler decarbonization and chimney/vent repair. The job was led by a curious and respectable person who dealt with the customer over the phone and kept them updated throughout the process. The customer did not shop around because from technology to human touch, they got everything needed. Another customer spoke with someone on a Sunday about a gas burner that had become carbonized and the utility company had shut down the gas to the unit. A quote was sent via email that day and a crew was sent to the house at 8:00am Monday. They arrived on time, explained what was involved in cleaning the unit, and were done in about 2 hours. The gas was hooked back up to the burner later that day and heat was back. The crew was professional, courteous, and clean, and even showed before and after pictures of the inside of the unit. Cover All Solutions can be recommended without hesitation.
Vincent was very professional and prompt in giving an estimate. No high pressure sales. The workmanship under foreman Jonathan was great. Hard working men and did an excellent job cleaning up. The price for the Job was excellent compared to the others received.
