Had a great experience with John. He was extremely gracious with my complete inexperience and many questions. I purchased a lead pan and a few books - no idea what I'm doing yet but I'm having a blast. I debuted the pan at a school dance with my tiki rental business - the kids were fascinated! John's story of how he got into this business was inspiring - a true gentleman in today's big box world.
I purchased a hi gloss black low c tenor pan and I am ready to step up to the next level with a artist select. John has been a great help and I cannot wait for the new instrument. This time I will have more patience waiting for the new one.
