I Went For a Physical exam Doctor Suggest.I Get a Shingles Shot. .At The pharmacy....I Go To The Pharmacy For The Shot. They Checked And My Insurance Didn't Cover It. ...They Said If I Get The Shot At The Doctors Office The Insurance Will Cover it. Back To The Doctors Office I Go .. Relayed To Them What The Pharmacy Told Me. .. The Doctors Office DIDN'T Check My Insurance To See If They Would Pay For It .Or Did They Tell Me How much The Shot Was Going To Cost They Went Ahead And Gave Me The Shot. .. Rude, impersonal staff. Difficult to deal with their glitchy "patient portal". And worst of all, the medical care is substandard. I repeatedly told my doctor I had a serious shoulder injury, and he repeatedly sent me to PT, telling me I was wrong. Eventually an orthopedic doctor at another medical practice told me I needed surgery, and he fixed it. On another occasion, Saratoga Family Medicine misdiagnosed a herniated disc, and again I needed to go elsewhere. The doctors don't listen to you here. They are slow to get back to you. They are rude and unresponsive. Just a bad overall place. I will never be back. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This office is very timely, you never wait for than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr Mustafa is my dog and she is great, really takes her time with you. Dr Fischel has a great bedside manner and always willing to help fix the problem. Love Sarah and Toni the PA’s here too. I live the online portal for info and communication with the office.
