showed up as stated and did a bunch of checks on our fridge, found a couple of minor situations and corrected them ,the fridge is 13 yrs. old and he did state there's no way you can tell how much longer will it will last,but right now its working fine..time will tell .we do recommend mr.appliance, happy with the service...thanks. p.s. the repair was a lot cheaper than a new unit!
They promptly set an appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the right part and in a couple of days installed it and had my oven working properly. The technician came at the time set and was very professional and polite. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this company.
