They didn’t charge a premium for rush service, but I insisted on giving extra for their exceptional effort…especially since no other shop in the area responded to my urgent needs.

I just had my 2015 truck serviced by Jims Service. I personally went under my truck to see where the oil was leaking. I couldn't find where but noticed a lot of oil all over the place. I was expecting a large repair and it just ended up being a faulty oil filter. Definitely will use them again for all of my repairs. Thank you!
