We hired them for an addition on the house and couldn't be happier. After thinking about this for years and starting the process we were impressed all steps of the way. Every team from foundation, framing, to painting were professional and knew their stuff. They made tying the addition into the rest of the house, and some additional requirements from us, look easy and done with top quality. Would recommend them to anyone.
Dave and his crew are the best ! They are prompt , professional and left the work space better than when they showed up! We just had an eegress window put in and within a few days the project was done and looks better than we could’ve expected . Highly reccomend for any project !
We had recently moved to town and wanted to finish an unfinished space in the basement to add an office, a bathroom, bedroom, recreation space and storage. Dave and his team from CDRC were great to work with from start to finish. As in any contracting jobs there were some unexpected things that popped up here and there but I trusted he and his team to work through the options with us and help us select the easiest path forward. In the end we have a high quality living space that feels warm and comfortable and also adheres to all local codes so there will be no issues with safety or occupancy down the road.
