Karri did a whole head highlight retouch .The foils were too fine so they didn't break up enough of the root. I Tried to resolve and have her do a few chucky lights to break up more but she didn't want to resolve this isssue. Blamed on condition of ends of my hair but I didn't want the ends done. She charged $ 225.00 for a whole head and I have short hair. Too much to pay to be in unhappy and not have any resolve on other end . Relationships between stylist and client need to be built and she was unwilling to make an effort to try to resolve . I do not recommend her at all and now I will spend another$ 200.00 to get my hair right with some one else.

When I was in need of a new stylist because my previous stylist kept canceling my appointments, I searched the web. I called many salons in Malta, NY. It appears nobody answers the phone anymore. I left messages seeking an appointment and even sent messages on various shop's websites. The only salon to respond was Canvas in Malta, NY. Not only did Jessica reach out immediately, but she also scheduled an appointment quickly. She followed my instructions and gave me a perfect haircut! Loved her so much brought her my husband and niece. I'm glad to see a business that brings exceptional customer service and satisfaction! The price is fantastic too! I'm so happy we found Canvas Hair Salon.

So I came in to get a ombré done.. well let’s just say the girl that did my hair mixed one color.. I still had grays and the cut was beyond horrible.. I’m not a hair dresser by any means but by the way she was cutting my hair I was just cringing.. when it was all over and she charged me 200 bucks for some damn highlights that were way to light for me, and it was suppose to to be a ombré appointment.. omg.. never again!!
