“Look no further, this barber is the real deal. The lady that cuts my hair is hands down the best barber I've been to in Saratoga County. I'm very peculiar about hair and she never fails to cut it exactly how I want it. The fact that the cost of a haircut is $12 is just the cherry on top. I've been to too barbers in Saratoga but they have on this lady and for the price it's a no-brained. 10/10 would recommend!“

I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment, hoping this feedback can contribute to improving future client visits. I was initially appreciative of being seen without a prior appointment. However, during my haircut, I found myself in an uncomfortable situation when a barber engaged in a conversation with me that involved critical remarks about there partners/colleagues in there barbershop . This unprofessional discourse made me feel uneasy and uncertain how to respond, detracting significantly from what should have been a relaxing service. Furthermore, the haircut itself felt hurried, which, in my opinion, compromised the level of care and precision one would expect. The overall atmosphere was also considerably disrupted by several unsupervised children who were loud and actively moving throughout the shop. This environment made it exceptionally difficult to relax and enjoy the service, resembling more of a childcare facility than a professional barbershop.
These cumulative factors led to a rather unsatisfactory experience. I believe addressing these points could significantly enhance the professional ambiance and client comfort for your valued patrons.
