I have used Unified for window & door replacements. They are very reliable & efficient. I am a returning customer after they did excellent work on my garage door & windows. I just had 3 windows replaced in my home & I would recommend them. I intend to use them again for any other home repairs, etc, in the future.
I’ve had four prior jobs completed by Unified. And they have all been very positive experiences, however this last job – the job was delayed, however there was no follow up and zero communication from Unified. When the job (manufacturing) was delayed, I called Unified for a status update however they have now changed how they interact with customers as no human answers the phone. You can only leave a message, and the message further directs you to email the service/scheduling department for a status, for which they ask for a 72-hour turnaround.

Installers were professional, courteous, and careful with their work. Windows are well designed and are good quality. I expected the installers to be at our house from 9 AM to noon as was indicated by the scheduler. They didn’t arrive until 1:00 PM and made us their second job of the day. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate a morning installation. That is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 star review.
