In the past experienced a slight issue with a front desk girl where she tried to charge my card weeks after, alleging i had not canceled a previous appointment- thankfully i kept my rescheduling proofs & text message records (this was years ago btw, and it wasn't with any of the owners because they are ALL good people from my experience). The front desk girl at the time was a bad apple with a terrible attitude- who was persistent on charging my card a fee- ultimately she didnt last there because i never saw her again lol! With this- i will say i started off with Tania back in the day who is the SWEETEST and a true GOAT at her craft! Tania is an OG and remains sweet as pie?. Within recent years i booked with Junior lash tech Katherine and WOW ?! Katherine truly is Amazing!!! She is now a veteran and rightfully so- her patience, kindness, and eye for details is on point- she constantly delivered the looks i requested and didnt mind when l would nap during my service (mouth open and all lol)! I take my breaks here and there but i will forever be a client at Lashified Baldwin. Management has proven they are not just after a one time fee, rather they keep their customers happy and coming back for lifetime services.“
