I always just walk in and receive service very quickly. My “regular” manicure ( no gel, acrylic, or powder) just shaping and polish has always lasted about 2 weeks, it is also reasonably priced ( the tip IS NOT automatically added). Same for my pedicures. The ladies have always been very nice. It is a quiet and pleasant experience. Some of the reviews here are very old. I suggest you ignore anything over 1 year old.
Terrible experience. The owner is so rude. She was so rough filing and buffing my nails, it was kinda painful. She twisted my arm so hard and kept on hitting my hands so my fingers stayed down. She was very impatient and spoke in angry tones. I do not recommend this place, I only went because it was the closest one to my house.
She isn’t the only one I had a bad experience with; one of the other ladies is also the same way, and doesn’t communicate with you. She doesn’t acknowledge you at all.
Also, $5 for ONE ADDED NAIL TIP is an absolute ripoff.
My first time there. They did an amazing job. Very clean and they take care of each person with care. I gave my girl too much money without realizing, she did give the money back but considering it was my first time and the do a great job with my mom and dad I told her to keep it..
