Tried this place off a whim since I just moved to area and didn’t want to drive out an hour to my old place. Next time would rather drive an hour. They haggle you to constantly upgrade services even after you say no thank you, pricey, but worst of all I got haggled multiple times to increase my $10 tip. The person kept saying “give me $5 more” over and over trying to pressure me to increase the tip even after me saying 10 multiple times. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, was a total turn off and felt very uncomfortable. Also my white toe polish started changing color the same day.

The most horrible place you can go to get your nails done. If I could I would give ZERO stars. I got a gel manicure and next day the nail was chipping. I only went to this place because it was late and my mail salon was closed. It is the most expensive in the area and quality is awful. I have been to many salons and this is the only one that the next day and on the nails chips with a gel manicure. It’s now less than a week and my nails are horrible. 4 nails completely chipped. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I came here last month on a Saturday to get my eyebrows done Just before closing a Spanish woman did my brows the next day my eyebrows were itching and they kept itching and hurting for the whole week the owner offered to give me a cream but I said no they need to clean there tools and there wax is questionable it's not hot
