paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal on my lower legs. i don’t know why i didn’t do this sooner!! i only had one appointment and i’m already noticing a difference. my hair growth has slowed down so much after one session. even if the hair isn’t permanently removed after all my sessions, laser is definitely permanent REDUCTION. i’m sure some hairs have a possibility of regrowing but i’m also certain some individual hairs won’t come back at all, and some will thin out. overall i’m already happy.
I am pretty sure they do not confirm your appointments if you use Groupon for their services.
I also had to cancel one day because of the bad rainstorm we had, and I was in a ton a traffic. I was not going to make it there on time and they still charged me a cancellation fee. I feel this would not have happened if I was not a Groupon customer. My last appointment I did not receive a phone call as a reminder and I also have an appointment tomorrow that I have not received a reminder call for.
Otherwise, my experiences have been good each time I go to an appointment. However, I wanted to have laser hair removal in another location, but I think I will be... read full review
