As a former massage therapist I can be quite critical or picky when receiving a massage...not at Spalax. My therapist listened to my problem areas and worked out my pain to the point of actually relief! LOVE this place.
I was in the area for business and had a 2hour break and visited Spalax on a whim. I was able to book an hour with Louisa which turned out to be great. Aside from a warm greeting, the deep tissue massage was just what I needed to relax for the balance of a challenging day. Louisa constantly check on my comfort level and got all of the knots out. Definitely recommended.
Went for first time today and will def be going back. No frills but Mina (sp?) listened to my problem areas and worked out the majority of my muscle pain in just an hour. When I go back it will be for a longer massage!
