Three years ago we purchased a gorgeous Mohawk silk carpet for our family room through Lima Carpet. At our last cleaning, Lima checked into our rug quality, because the seams were showing through on our carpet. They sent a sample back to the manufacturer who found the rug was faulty. Lima did all the work of ordering a new rug, taking up our current rug, putting down a brand new rug, all under warranty. The owner Melissa Bender did the whole thing herself. She wanted to, in case there was ever a problem again, she could tell the carpet manufacturer that she installed it herself, so she knows it was done correctly. I am a kitchen and bath designer and I have had a number of projects completed by Lima Carpets. They have all been installed expertly, on time and to my satisfaction. Any issues where resolved promptly. My customers have always loved the design staff and the selections available at their design center. I highly recommend this company for any project large or small.

THIS IS THE PLACE! Always fair and professional. Every employee here really cares about being here. Fantastic customer service and awesome workmanship with installations. I am a repeat customer and a forever customer. I have had planks AND carpet products installed.
