Three years ago we purchased a gorgeous Mohawk silk carpet for our family room through Lima Carpet. At our last cleaning, Lima checked into our rug quality, because the seams were showing through on our carpet. They sent a sample back to the manufacturer who found the rug was faulty. Lima did all the work of ordering a new rug, taking up our current rug, putting down a brand new rug, all under warranty. The owner Melissa Bender did the whole thing herself. She wanted to, in case there was ever a problem again, she could tell the carpet manufacturer that she installed it herself, so she knows it was done correctly. How about that for being a business owner with integrity!! Caring enough about her customers and her company to be certain everything is top notch all the way around. Lima carpet is the best. The rug is beautiful. The install was perfect! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lima Carpet!!
Everyone was easy to work with, especially Melissa. I picked out a luxurious white carpet and was shown many options/upgrades to make our carpet selection easier to clean and have it last as long as possible. We have a dog and a newborn and we know that there will be accidents but we are confident in the quality and integrity of the carpet to have stains removed easily if needed. The Mohawk cleaner has already proved effective with a pet accident! I will also be utilizing their carpet cleaning service to maintain the life of our carpet.
