My female dog needed to have a surgery done and my refered me to Avon Animal Hospital and a practice in the area. I went to both. Avon was warm, friendly and professional. They explained all the details and answered all my questions. The estimate they gave me was what my vet said it would be and almost exactly half of what the other place quoted. Avon had great follow up and follow through, I'm looking into making them my regular vet.
Dr. St. Germaine and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. St. Germaine performed a toe amputation on my dog, Gus, to remove a cancerous mass, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care he received. Everyone in the office was compassionate, accommodating, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They made a difficult situation much easier by providing exceptional care and support every step of the way.
