I placed an online order for a regular herbal pack, but got shipped the wrong item and instead got an eye mask. I emailed Julie to let her know about the mix up and she generously let me keep the eye mask as a gift and promptly shipped out my original order. I just got my order in the mail today and it included a hand written apology. Heavenly Hollow is a great company and you can bet I will definitely be back to order more herbal packs in the future!
