I moved to NY a few years ago and figured I should find a new primary. I like this office more than I did the primary in Vermont. I had been with them for probably 20ish years. The doctors, nurses and even the secretaries are so nice and easy to talk to. I am very pleased with the few appointments I have had with this office. Recommended them to my sister just a moment ago.

Dr Thorn has been my primary doc for 3 years. Staff is helpful, office location is very convenient. I'm medically a bit interesting, but healthy, so I only see the Doctor, but usually just for regular checkups. Dr Thorn is very friendly and has a good sense of humor. She seems very knowledgeable and works with patients to improve their health - not just lecturing you (when I was a smoker, I appreciated her brain storming with me instead of just lecturing me about quitting). There is one nurse who is a bit...no-nonsense. Some may appreciate her attitude, I didn't love it, but everyone else is great.
