Let me start by saying that I live very close to the spa so I’ve gone there since they opened. For all the years I have gone there I have been very happy with the service. With that said the last 2 times have been disastrous for me. About 2 months ago I went and had an older gentleman, whose work I’m not always super fond of because he is a little rough. Within 2 days my gel manicure started peeling … 2 days ?!?! But hey it can happen so it did not change my mind about continuing to go there. HOWEVER after this last time, I will never go back. Didn't care for the hounding as soon as I entered though. Was a bit too much. Rushing the customer like that can create anxiety. I wanted to run back out but my ride was getting her vacationing pedi and locked her vehicle up. I decided to get one too but the insistence made me rush my color decision ?‍♀️.

Well just got my toes done at this place ..because a friend of mine decided to take me as a surprise .. the gentleman did a great job .. i went to leave a tip $5 and some other gentleman working there threw a fit saying it wasnt enough.. and if i couldnt leave the percentage tip on the receipt than i dont need to come back .. i was embarassed after that good pedicure and all that . N hes yelling that with all them people around ... i dont think i will ever go here again and go somewhere else .... not that i want to ... but i will never go thru that again .. n feel like that ..
