Very good service. Diagnosed issues with washer and refrigerator and communicated well as parts had to be ordered. When he came back double checked everything and had a calm and positive attitude. I will definitely make first call to them with anything else we have in the future.
I had an extended warranty on my Bosch Dryer through Lowe's and they connected me to Dello Stritto Appliance. Everything about the service was excellent. The woman who set up the appointment was kind and professional. The repairman was punctual, professional and personable. He found and fixed the problem with our dryer and told me what we could do if it happened again down the road. I have put their contact info in my address book for future repair needs. I had an extremely positive experience when I called Dello Stritto. First, the woman with whom I scheduled the appointment was pleasant and helpful. Second, the technician that came to my home was both respectful and knowledgeable. He took his shoes off as soon as he came in and immediately diagnosed the issue. He went the extra mile to make sure that my dryer was working efficiently by going outside to check the exterior vent. He was here on time and left my laundry room clean after completing his work. The price was completely reasonable for both the part and repair. These are my new small appliance repair people!
