Bob arrived prepared to complete repairs needed in one visit as he did his homework prior to arrival. The scheduling confirmation was pleasant and informative. Great service from a 3rd generation company.
Very good service. Diagnosed issues with washer and refrigerator and communicated well as parts had to be ordered. When he came back double checked everything and had a calm and positive attitude. I will definitely make first call to them with anything else we have in the future.
I had an extended warranty on my Bosch Dryer through Lowe's and they connected me to Dello Stritto Appliance. Everything about the service was excellent. The woman who set up the appointment was kind and professional. The repairman was punctual, professional and personable. He found and fixed the problem with our dryer and told me what we could do if it happened again down the road. I have put their contact info in my address book for future repair needs. Highly recommend.
