These people at this clinic are the nicest most caring people. I have had to have 2 of my dogs put to sleep and they were so passionate and caring and gave us all the time we needed. Plus no charge. I could not of asked for my dogs and family to be treated any better. How many vets do you find like this. They are so friendly and remember you and your pets every visit .I followed my vet Dr Darrington from Cicero to Auburn and I live in Baldwinsville and I am so happy I did. I have a bit of a ride but it is so worth it. I think that shows how much trust and dedication I have for this Veterinarian.
We had a very scary experience with our senior dog and the vet and all the staff took wonderful care of her and helped us feel informed about what was happening and how best to help her. We're beyond grateful for all of the wonderful staff at Brookside and how well they took care of our girl!
We had a great experience here. Our dog needed knee surgery and they were quick to respond and get us in to see them. They then had great customer service when he had to stay overnight and I was nervous and they told me I could call anytime. When I did call they were very sweet and would give me updates. Then we had really good experience post-op as well with the pet care therapy. I felt they really do care about the animals in their care!
