The secretary was extremely rude and inconsiderate. One of the filers rude as well. Making a comment about my car when I was handing paperwork to him in the parking lot. Very disrespectful company. No wonder they closed.

Have done business with Terry for close to 10 years now, when I leave I always feel confident forms have been prepared and filed properly. This is a feeling that I lacked when I used to have my taxes done at other "seasonal" tax companies that cost more. I always recommend them when asked. Thank you

Absolutely obnoxious!!!! I called to ask about having my state taxes only done and was met with a laugh by the employee who answered the phone. In his arrogant way what an insult for someone bringing more business to their agency you'd expect more from professionals. This clearly was unacceptable to me and I have decided to use another service. ironically both my mother and brother used this service but NO longer!
