Listed services include jump start and battery services. When I called to inquiry they say they don't offer those services, so why even have them advertised under your business. Flase advertisement.

These ppl towed my car ILLEGALLY and on top of that they broke my tire rod in the process which costed me an additional $900. I have been trying to get a hold of them via phone and they have been dodging me.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this towing company. They towed my BMW 330i (a four-wheel-drive) and dragged it, which caused my brakes to lock. The staff, especially the woman I dealt with, was extremely rude. She gave me a useless paper to “fill out” for damages and told me to take pictures and email them, only to have the main number redirect me back to her.

I had to escalate and threaten calling the police just to get someone to come out and reprogram my car. When I asked if the driver who towed my car was responsible, he denied it. The whole process was unprofessional, inefficient, and stressful.
