Maddy is not only so kind and thoughtful (she always asks about my son) but she makes you feel at ease during all treatments where she is so skilled and intentional with her craft. “I recently went to Glam By Elysa for an 'Acne Facial '. The young lady who did my facial was kind and did a good job, as she made my face feel very smooth and clean.The acne facial was well done; however, the service was unprofessional. At one point during my appointment, the young lady taking care of me stopped the soothing music to change the Pandora station, which added disruptive commercials. I thought that was a bit strange. Also during the end of my appointment, she suddenly disrupted the silence again and said, "Oh my god, I forgot to put money in the meter." After this I definitely noticed a change of pace to finish my appointment. This comment about forgetting to put money in her meter was an inappropriate thing to say when dealing with a client.Again the Acne Facial was very well done, but the service I received was unprofessional.“
