I whole heartedly recommend Expert Martial Arts. In just a short amount of time, I have noticed progress with my young daughter. She is better able to follow directions, is more confident, and physically and mentally stronger. She will reference what learns during class throughout the week. Master Park and Mr. Morales provide the perfect balance of challenge and support. My daughter can be shy, and sometimes shut down. The instructors are patient and remind her of what she needs to work on. As a teacher myself, I am a bit of a critic. It takes a lot to impress me. Expert Martial Arts exceeds parent expectations. I appreciate all that they do.
Alan has done work for me for about 5 years. He is a true professional. His work is fast, clean and he is a really nice guy. There hasn't been a time that I've called him that he hasn't come over the very same day to see what I want done. I would definitely recommend him!

I have been to day spas from Montauk to Manhattan and this one is a true gem! Nestled along Main Street in the village of Aquebogue once inside your relaxation begins. The best facial I have had in many moons and the massage by Joe was amazing. So many other things to do before going or leaving.. farm stands, wineries, McDonalds LOL!, Go once, you will go again and again! Enjoy!
