The people at the very front desk when you walk in are great. The employee's that help you get checking are very fast. I was without an appointment. With an appointment should be advised after 10AM

I've never had any difficulty with the rao center and staff. I guess if you have you have nothing good to say. I'm sorry. I find that having an appt. Works out just fine. If you don't they will accommodate you. TheWelcoming staff was always pleasant. Bloodwork/radiology staff friendly. The procedures and techs friendly. Sometimes people come late for scheduled appts. And that throws everyone else off. Patience. Be glad you don't have to travel to Albany for same procedures. Economy and Healthcare workers are doing their best. They are getting and keeping you healthy. Slow down.

Today I decide to go to RAO Pavilion in Amsterdam NY to do blood work. Everything was good until I sit with Billing Representative and she start verify my information loudly. Can you tell me why, before I ‘m going to do blood work and if I’m USA Citizen the Billing Representative asked while she was looking at her screen: ”Are you born in Russia?”
