The initial treatment was done on a day of torrential rainfall for the better part of the day. Upon voicing concern that treatment wasn’t effective because of this rainfall, TruGreen provided complementary re-treatment; they always stand behind their products and their Customer Service is top notch.
My technician was very polite, great manners, very knowledgeable about our grass and what it needed, he was a delight to talk to, my grass looks like a golf course, I left my other service because they did a terrible job, I LOVE TRUEGREEN, IT MADE MY LAWN BEAUTIFUL AGAIN
We have been using TruGreen Lawn Care for years. And I will say, especially after the first spray of the season. It tends to bring up the weeds but it takes 1 phone call to have them come back and do a re-treatment. Our local office is run by a wonderful group of friendly people who want nothing more to keep their customers happy and satisfied. Their lawn technicians always come to the house with a smile, they will give advice and actually listen to what is going on with what your seeing and saying about your lawn.
